Bernard Lane
Bernard Lane has worked in sustainable tourism and rural development in the UK, in most European countries and in North America, the Caribbean, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. He edits the international Journal of Sustainable Tourism, and is on the editorial boards of the Journal of Ecotourism, Current Issues in Tourism and the Journal of Interpretation Research.
He was previously the Director of the University of Bristol’s Rural Tourism Unit. He has worked as a consultant for international agencies such as the OECD, for national and regional governments, and with businesses and communities large and small.
