Client

Enova Consultants and Engineers and the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, funded by the World Bank / GEF (ongoing until March 2011)

Task

To provide expert advice on the preparation of a management plan for Una National Park, and a feasibility study for establishing a protected area in the Cvrsnica, Cabulja, Vran and Prenj region.

Process

Una NP – We are advising on establishing a long-term system of biodiversity and landscape conservation for Una NP, including management objectives for conservation and economic development, and the most viable organisational and management model for the NP.

CCVP PA – We are providing feedback on the proposed protection category, boundaries and zoning, and made recommendations for administration models, income generation activities and community economic development.
