Task

To conduct a baseline review of the management plan to find out how much of the plan had been implemented and what improvements could be made to it in the future. We also reviewed the operation of the AONB Management Group and its effectiveness in overseeing the implementation of the plan. We worked in association with ELP ».

Process

We held workshops with members of the Management Group and consulted other stakeholders in the AONB. We distributed a questionnaire to other organisations and compiled a comprehensive table of achievements.
